The final RAM model of the design of Brown's Residence Hall — The final RAM model of the design of Brown’s Residence Hall

• Designed a dormitory with five floors of steel structure, two floors of concrete structure and its footing system
• Used RAM to model and analyzed the gravity load carrying, lateral force resisting system and footing system of the building
• Optimized the building design based on cost estimation, member size and amount of material used
